Ingredients
  

  • 8 pc white bread, no crust
  • 1 pc green onion
  • ⅓ pc onion
  • 200 g ground beef
  • 3 pc egg
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp stock powder / MSG
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Oil
Others:
  • Pickle
  • Fortune Premium Rice Grains

Instructions
 

  • Dice the onion and slice the green onions.
  • In a bowl, combine the ground meat, green onions, onion, curry powder, salt, sugar, stock powder, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add eggs. Mix well.
  • Prepare the bread. Add the meat filling evenly. Top with another bread.
  • Slice the bread into two pieces. Clean up the edges.
  • Heat Fortune Oil. Fry the Martabak Bread on medium-low heat until it’s golden brown. Bake at 160°C for 5 minutes.
  • Martabak Telur Bread is ready to serve.
