Martabak Telur Bread
Ingredients
- 8 pc white bread, no crust
- 1 pc green onion
- ⅓ pc onion
- 200 g ground beef
- 3 pc egg
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp stock powder / MSG
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Oil
Others:
- Pickle
- Fortune Premium Rice Grains
Instructions
- Dice the onion and slice the green onions.
- In a bowl, combine the ground meat, green onions, onion, curry powder, salt, sugar, stock powder, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add eggs. Mix well.
- Prepare the bread. Add the meat filling evenly. Top with another bread.
- Slice the bread into two pieces. Clean up the edges.
- Heat Fortune Oil. Fry the Martabak Bread on medium-low heat until it’s golden brown. Bake at 160°C for 5 minutes.
