  • 1.5 kg beef ribs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 pc bay leaf
  • 1 liter water
  • 4 cm ginger
  • 5 clove garlic
  • 5 pc shallot
  • 3 cm ginger
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • ¾ pc nutmeg
  • 4 pc clove
  • 3 pc cardamom
  • 3.3 liter water
  • 1.5 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp mushroom stock powder / MSG
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp beef powder
  • 1 pc green onion, sliced
  • 5 pc celery, sliced
  • 1 pc red tomato
  • 2 pc potato
  • 3 pc carrot
