Home Made Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- 2.5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a container, except for the cooking oil, add half of it first.
- Blend using the Tokebi foam blade until it changes color.
- Add the remaining vegetable oil, blend again until it thickens.
