Fried Rice Sushi Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 scoops of rice,
- 2 sheets nori,
- 3 cloves garlic,
- 5 shallots,
- oyster sauce to taste,
- tomato sauce to taste,
- soy sauce to taste,
- sugar, salt, pepper to taste,
- 2 omelette eggs, cut into long slices,
- cucumber, sliced lengthwise to taste,
- green chili peppers to taste.
Instructions
- Grind shallots and garlic into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the shallot and garlic paste until it becomes fragrant and golden.
- Add the prepared rice to the pan with the spices, stirring well. Mix in oyster sauce, soy sauce, a little sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook until all ingredients are well combined and flavorful, then remove from heat.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a sushi mat or bamboo placemat. Spread the warm fried rice over the nori, and add thin slices of omelette egg and fresh cucumber on top. Roll the sushi tightly lengthwise.
