Batak Sirepege Heritage Food Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breast fillet
- 2 pieces young ginger
- 1 ounce green bird’s eye chili
- 1/2 ounce red bird’s eye chili
- 19 cloves shallot
- 2 leaves of kaffir lime, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons salt
