Resep Takoyaki Sosis
Ingredients
- 1 stalk of spring onion
- 2 sausages
- 150 ml cold water
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- Katsuobushi, mayonnaise, salt to taste
Instructions
- Slice the spring onion and the sausages thinly.
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and egg. Mix until the batter is smooth. Gradually add the cold water while stirring until the batter is well-combined. Set aside.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing tomato sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
- Get your takoyaki mold ready. Pour the batter into the mold, then place slices of sausage and spring onion into the center of each mold. Allow the batter to partially set.
