  • 130 g beef, thinly sliced

  • 70 g carrots, cut lengthwise

  • 30 g broccoli

  • 20 g red bell pepper

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed, then chopped

  • 15 g onions

  • 1 tsp mushroom broth
