Ingredients
  

  • 15 cloves garlic
  • 5 pecans
  • 10 g tamarind
  • 1 segment of turmeric
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1/4 brown sugar
  • 3 pieces red chili
  • 11 pieces cayenne pepper
  • 2.5 tbsp salt
  • 1 kg catfish
  • 6 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 100 ml cooking oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, puree

Instructions
 

  • Turn off and clean the live catfish slime with a pinch of salt. Then cover and let sit for 10 minutes.

  • Puree cayenne pepper, red chili, brown sugar, garlic, tamarind, turmeric, and ginger using a pestle.
