  • 15 cloves garlic

  • 5 pecans

  • 10 g tamarind

  • 1 segment of turmeric

  • 1 piece ginger

  • 1/4 brown sugar

  • 3 pieces red chili

  • 11 pieces cayenne pepper

  • 1 kg catfish

  • 6 tbsp sweet soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter
