Ingredients

  • 90 g softened unsalted butter

  • 45 g confectioners’ sugar

  • 25 g egg (room-temp)

  • 120 g cake flour (low-protein flour)

  • 3 g cocoa powder

  • 3 g matcha powder

Directions

  • Softened the butter. Add in sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Add in eggs, and beat until well combined. Add in cake flour, and mix well.
  • Divide into 3 portions. Add cocoa powder into one portion, and matcha powder into another portion. Mix well and transfer into separate piping bags.
  • Preheat the oven to 320℉(160℃). Line the baking tray with parchment paper or baking mat. Pipe out the cookies dough. Let bake for 25 minutes. Cool and serve.
