- 2 pc tube egg tofu
- 200 g chicken thigh fillet
- 2 pc egg
Others:
- 3 clove garlic
- 0.5 pc onion
- 3 pc champignon mushroom
- 1 pc green onion
- 200 ml water
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp mushroom stock powder
- 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp oil
Add-ons:
- Rice
- Soy sauce + sliced red Thai chili
