Chocolate Fudgy Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
- 115 g unsalted butter
- 115 g chocolate bar (dark chocolate)
- 45 g unsweetened dutch processed cocoa powder
- 1/2 tbsp cappuccino instant coffee powder / the like
- 200 g sugar
- 55 g palm sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 65 g all-purpose flour
Instructions
- prepare a 20 x 20 cm tin, grease it with butter / butter, cover the entire side of the pan with parchment paper
- chopped chocolate bars into small pieces and mix with 1/3 part dutch process cocoa powder and instant coffee grounds in a heatproof bowl, then set aside

The cocoa powder that I use here is unsweetened dutch processed cocoa powder which is a premium cocoa powder with a strong taste. In the picture below, you can clearly see the difference between dutch process chocolate and regular chocolate. It looks like the dutch process brown is darker in color. Looks delicious doesn’t it.
The use of this dutch process chocolate makes the brownies taste premium, the chocolate smells great.
