Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped and sauteed
- 2 lemongrass stalks, cut and crushed
- 3 sheets lime leaves
- 1 cm galangal, cut into pieces
- ½ lime
- 7 pieces red chili
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 pack instant Tom Yum Bamboe seasoning
- 250 g beef
- 150 g shrimp
- 2 large tofu, cut into pieces
- 100 g chicory, cut into pieces
- 100 g pak choy
- 100 g enoki mushrooms
- 100 g ear mushrooms
- 800 ml water
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil, add lemongrass, lime leaves, and galangal. Cook for a while.
- Add instant Tom Yum seasoning. Stir well.
- Add the garlic, stir briefly.
- Add cayenne pepper, mix well. Cook until boiling.
