INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped and sauteed

  • 2 lemongrass stalks, cut and crushed

  • 3 sheets lime leaves

  • 1 cm galangal, cut into pieces

  • 1/2 lime

  • 7 pieces red chili

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 pack instant Tom Yum Bamboe seasoning

  • 250 g beef

  • 150 g shrimp

  • 2 large tofu, cut into pieces

  • 100 g chicory, cut into pieces

  • 100 g pak choy

  • 100 g enoki mushrooms

  • 100 g ear mushrooms

  • 800 ml water

Directions
