Ingredients

  • 150 g chocolate

  • 100 g margarine

  • 2 pcs eggs

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 5 tbsp flour

  • 4 tbsp sweet powdered milk

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

  • ¼ tsp cake emulsifier

Directions

  • Combine chocolate and margarine, melt in a saucepan over the fire
  • Mixer eggs, sugar and SP until fluffy and pale white
  • Slowly add flour, sweetened milk powder and mix until smooth
  • Add the chocolate that has been melted with margarine into the dough, stir again until blended
  • Set aside a little dough as a middle layer, add back vegetable oil and sweetened condensed milk / sweetened milk powder
  • Put half the dough into the pan, steam half-baked for 10 minutes
  • Add the middle layer of dough on top and steam for 10 minutes
  • Add the last mixture and steam until cooked 10 minutes
  • Check if the cake is done with a toothpick.
    When it is cooked, no part of the dough sticks to the toothpick.
    The cake is cooked and ready to be served
