  • 1 kg large carp
  • 1/4 lemon _
  • 2 large chilies
  • 1 small cup of red chili
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp flavoring
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 3 cloves red onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 segment of turmeric
  • 1 tbsp tamarind
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar


  • Using a blender, puree the candlenut, ginger, turmeric, shallot, garlic, red chile, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, salt, flavoring, and tamarind water.
