  • 200 g red beans
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 80 g brown sugar, sliced
  • ½ tsp fine salt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 750 ml water
Supplementary Ingredients
  • 175 ml coconut milk
  • 150 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 g ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Soak red beans for about 24 hours, then wash thoroughly.
  • Boil the water first, when it boils add the red beans. Then boil for about 30 minutes. Boil until cooked and tender.
  • Add enough water to the container containing the chocolate, then thin it so it doesn’t get lumpy.
  • Next, put the melted chocolate into the red bean stew. Then stir.
  • Add the brown sugar that has been sliced ​​before. Then stir again until evenly distributed.
  • Add powdered sugar and salt. Cook until completely boiling.

Serving

  • Prepare a plastic cup, then add 2 tablespoons of red beans and the water. Add enough ice.
