  • 4 malalgis fish or blue kite fish, coat with orange juice and salt, let stand 15 minutes

  • 200 g red onion

  • 2 cm ginger

  • 2 limes

  • 150 g cayenne pepper

  • 200 ml cooking oil

  • 2 tbsp salt

Directions
