  • 3 packs curly egg noodles
Onion Chicken Oil
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 100 g chicken breast skin
Topping Ingredients Chicken Soy Sauce
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet, diced
  • 1 leek
Smooth Seasoning Ingredients Chicken Soy Sauce and Thick Soup
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 cloves red onion
  • 2 pecans
  • 1 finger turmeric
  • 2 fingers of galangal
  • 1 tbsp roasted coriander
  • 1 handful lime leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp broth powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
Ingredient of Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 1 piece chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp fried garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp broth powder
  • 1000 ml water
  • 200 g mustard greens, cut into pieces
  • 5 stalks of spring onions
  • 3 tsp fried onions
Other Ingredients
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • ¾ tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tsp walnut flavored king sauce


Onion Chicken Oil

  • Heat the oil, add the chicken skin. Fry the chicken skin over low heat until cooked.
  • Add garlic, fry on low heat until brown. Remove, strain the oil, then set aside the chicken skin and garlic.

Soy Sauce Chicken Topping

  • Fry the ground spices with a little oil, then add the bay leaves and lime leaves. Saute until the spices are fragrant.
  • When the spices are cooked, add water, salt, sugar, powdered broth, pepper, and oyster sauce. Stir briefly.
  • Then add the chicken, mix well. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add scallions, stir briefly. If the water shrinks, you can add it. Cook for 20 minutes.
  • Add sweet soy sauce, mix well and taste correction.


  • Bring the chicken breasts to a boil.
  • Add the fried garlic that you have crushed and the scallions.
  • Add salt, pepper, and powdered broth. Cook again until boiling.

Chicken noodle

  • Boil the noodles as usual. Don’t be overcooked and don’t be raw. When it is cooked, remove and drain.
  • Boil the green mustard that you have washed clean. When it’s a bit wilted, remove and drain.
  • Put a pinch of salt, ground pepper to taste, 1 tsp of chicken onion oil, 1/4 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tsp of walnut-flavored king sauce, gravy from chicken topping, and a little chicken noodle soup into a bowl. Stir well.
  • Add the noodles and green mustard, mix well again.
  • Pour enough gravy and add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce chicken topping. Then sprinkle with spring onions and fried onions. Serve.
